Balanced Practice is a full service Yoga and Bodywork Studio located in the heart of Sitka at 208 B Lake Street. We offer a very diverse yoga schedule offering classes for beginners and special populations as well as vigorous advanced practices. Nationally Certified and highly skilled professionals provide massage therapy and the only Certified Rolfer in Sitka provides structural integration, a highly effective series of bodywork that can transform a body. While visiting the studio don't miss the hydrotherapy steam shower with healing aroma and color therapy.
